I have several FolderExtensionDataStructures within the project. One contains status records that need to be promoted across environments, while the other two contain user-generated records that should remain local to each environment.

Is there a way to permanently exclude specific folder contents or entity records from deployment? I understand they can be manually deselected during check-in via the wizard, but this must be repeated for each item every time.

Partial Execution of a Truth Table?

Is it possible to run a partial execution of my Truth Table inside my Flow? I have a large Truth Table with many columns, and I would like to run logic against only one of those columns first. Is there a way to complete this?

How to upgrade Kubernetes pods from v9.4 to v9.28

We are planning to upgrade our decisions installation from v9.4 to v9.28 Our installation is docker based and running in GCP GKE Kubernetes cluster. Anything that needs to be done for this upgrade? Can I upgrade both containers at the same time, or should I upgrade a pod one at a time?

This source file will be imported into Decisions and I want to add the code while keeping the width fixed. The code will have a constant width.

Threads and Workers (v9)

Could you clear up these questions.
1.
The global resting and maximum threads for a server is set in settings/integration.
What is the default values on installation. If I override it says 1 and 1, but this is presumably incorrect. The documentation warns about setting more than 50 maximum.

2.
Is there a rule of thumb for this maximum, perhaps based on cpu cores and/or hyperthreading.

3. In System there is set one worker queue worker, with 2 threads. This presumably also restricts the system to only every having two threads working at a time. If the maximum is increased to 20 (for the entire system) then the worker should presumably also be increased to 20? Otherwise we are still throttled to 2. Conversely, we could create additional workers to be spreading them more specifically amongst queues.

4. The QueueOrder field on a project level queue is not defined anywhere in the documentation. I assume that if the default queue has it's usual order 1, and my project queue has order 2, then (assuming they use the same worker) that my project queue jobs will only be picked up when the default queue is empty. Is this correct?

How Does Decisions V8 Handle Null Values in Mathematical Operations? (Evaluate Expression Step)

I noticed that in previous versions of Decisions, null values in mathematical operations were treated as zero. Has this behavior changed after Decisions V8? Specifically, how does the Evaluate Expression step handle null values during calculations?

For example, what happens if I add or multiply a number with a null value?

Hello! I have a few questions regarding job queues and threads, please assist:

1. Queue naming / thread pools

I've noticed when using ThreadPools or multiple scheduled jobs, I'm guessing each process needs its own queue to avoid conflicts. Since queue names are free-text, it’s hard to know what already exists. Is there a recommended best practice for naming or managing these queues?

2. Automatic thread vs. sync processing

Can Decisions automatically assign a unique thread/queue for larger jobs so they don’t block the default queue? For example, run files under 10,000 rows normally, but route larger ones to their own queue?

3. Dynamic queue names

Can queue names be created dynamically, and would using Thread Jobs, ThreadJob Async, or running a linked flow async achieve this and prevent future jobs from being blocked by long-running ones? Note: I am processing millions of records in short intervals.

Why do "Last Modified By" and "Older Versions" show different users in Flow history?

When I view the history of a Flow, I notice that the "last modified by" user in the top left box sometimes differs from the user shown in the topmost entry of the older versions table, even when the timestamps match. Shouldn't these always be the same? Why is there a discrepancy between these two fields?

Is it possible to toggle these properties via a flow when certain condition is met (e.g. just like forms active form flow)?
